A Day At The Pit Bike Track
Last weekend was great, the sun was shining (for a change) and I had caught up on all my work, so I could have the weekend off. I took my son out to the track so that he could ride his pit bike around for a while. When we got there, I was astounded at the number of pit bike riders that were there. This sport is really taking off, and it’s great to see.
I remember when I was a kid, that BMX bikes were all the rage. Any kid that didn’t have one was considered uncool. It looks like these miniature dirt bikes are now starting to take on the same sort of status. I was talking to one of the dads, and he proposed setting up a pit bike club in our area. Apparently a lot of these are springing up all over the place.
