This is particularly true if you are visiting the city over the Russian holidays.

Moscow offers a fantastic array of places to visit if you are looking to enjoy the city nightlife. In fact, many of their restaurants, nightclubs and bars never close. Since the city is a relatively safe place one need not be too afraid to venture out and see the city at night. It is really not difficult to get around Moscow’s streets if you have familiarized yourself at least a little bit with the Russian alphabet. The word restaurant sounds very similar in Russian to its English counterpart, enough so that a hungry English-speaking tourist should be able to locate a place to eat by reading the street signs.

When you are visiting Moscow, you will want to get outside of Moscow into the countryside, particularly to visit places such as Sergiev Posad as you will not want to miss the sight of the Trinity monastery of St. Sergius. Seeing the spires rising into the air from this beautiful building will make you feel as if you have stepped into a fairytale.

There are a couple of good ways to get around the Moscow countryside. One way is to hire a car and drive, and another way is to take the local train. Visiting the Metro while in Moscow is highly recommended. You may want to take a camera with you when you do to capture some of the artwork that lines the hallways.

Also, using the Metro is a convenient and inexpensive way to get around the city. If you need to use a taxi service, be sure to negotiate the price with the taxi driver prior to taking a ride. Not all taxi drivers are trustworthy and you would not want to find at the end of the trip that the meter has an astronomical figure it on it that you have to pay.

When traveling outside of Moscow or in the Metro itself, it is best to try and avoid a run-in with any police officer. Policeman frequently try to get bribe money from tourists. Local people also stop private cars and taxis in an attempt to extort money. When traveling inside the city, be sure to keep your valuables tucked away in a safe place as you may run into pickpockets. Another tip, for the gentleman, is that if you meet a pretty lady and invite her to dinner, make sure that you are ready to pay for her meal. It is disrespectful to ask a lady to go Dutch.

These few tips can help a person to enjoy their visit to the beautiful and historic city of Moscow in a safe manner.

All trailer tents have at least one bedroom to sleep and relax in. The standard designs from most of the leading manufacturers begin with single berth trailers. After this you will find the costs rising sharply for the 2 bedroom versions, and even more for the 6 and 8 berths. The bedrooms are situated at either end of the cabin, with the eating and kitchen areas found in between. Privacy curtains enclose each bedroom along with roof linings for added comfort.

Depending on the size of the trailer tent, the bedroom sizes will vary. The biggest rooms can house king size beds with ease, and include storage areas and wardrobes as well. Some even have inner tents that enable another person to sleep under the original bed. This is ideal if you have small children and want to keep an eye on them.

Here’s a little fact that I bet you didn’t know but will say: Yeah, that sounds about right. Did you know that the current Canadian flag design, you know the one with the giant red maple leaf in the middle of it, was inspired by two of Canada’s most prominent hockey teams? That’s right. In the 1960′s when the flag design was being discussed two of Canada’s National Hockey League teams, the Montreal Canadiens and the Toronto Maple Leafs, were using hockey jersey designs with the Maple Leaf as the logo.

The Canadian government took a vote and decided that the Maple Leaf should indeed be a national symbol and the red and white flag was born. Leave it to Canadians to develop their countries symbols based on their favorite sporting pass time. Believe it or not a lot of the classic hockey jerseys are still around today and maybe we’ll see more flag designs spring up based on them.

Peru is a beautiful country located in South America, thanks to Macchu Picchu, Peru became a widely visited destination for tourists around the World, but this country has so much more to offer. Every province and city has its own offerings, landscapes, food and friendly people! Peru is also one of the top destinations for people who love adventure sports.

A side of Peru that lately has been re-discovered is its food. Peruvian cuisine is considered by many experts the most delicious food in the World; it has all kinds of dishes, and thanks to Chinese immigrations in previous centuries it has its own version of Chinese food called Chifa. Other typical dishes include the “Cebiche”, the “Ají de Gallina” and of course the “pollo a la Brasa”.

Online you can start choosing your preferred Peru vacation package. There are many online agencies that make planning your travel easier!

Oberammergau is close to three famous castles, so I usually stay in the Oberammergau hotels. I love to visit castles. There are so many interesting castles in this country to visit and experience. Germany has the most unique castles in the area. They are all so diverse, but the history of the world has its roots in the castles of Germany. You can travel the country and find castles that have been around for many centuries. There are the fortress and the citadels. We can travel to see the Baroque to the Renaissance. The castles are all so different. Because of the proximity to three castles I can always find a room in Oberammergau. The Disneyland castle that houses Snow White is a replica of a real German Castle.

When buying a motorhome awning you need to measure your vehicle first. To do this you need to measure the height of your motorhome from the ground up to the gutter rail on the side. When you have this, you then need to measure the length of the rail. Adding these to values together will give you your overall awning size. Most manufacturers deal in centimetres when they sell their awnings, so just convert your own measurements to this.

It is incredibly important to be accurate when doing this. Many awnings are also built for various kinds of camper van or motorhome, such as coach built or class A and B vehicles. Coach built are the very biggest types of vehicle, and the awning usually only fits on one side. Also take into account any windows and doors so that the awning will clear them when it is fitted.

Driving in Ireland has its challenges – I’m just glad we had temporary car insurance. Every country is different and at least Im used to driving on the left side of the road – so that was no different.
The thing that really got me was the Irish habit of giving way to everyone else on the road! I mean you always have to check the local give way rules – but the local drivers seem to often just wave you thru – especially the older ones. Its particularly confusing when they have the right of way!
We managed to drive for 7 days around the west of Ireland without incident but on those narrow country roads everyone had to give way -and we weren’t even driving a large car! Its an interesting country to drive in – just avoid the cities – it took us 3 hours to cross Shannon!
