Getting a Total Cleanse

Let’s face it.  The contemporary American diet is probably one of the least healthy in history.  Processed fast foods with various concoctions of chicken parts, unnatural preservatives to extend shelf life, and the closest to vegetables we come is slivers of potatoes deep-fried in grease.  Not to mention that soft drinks have largely replaced water as the staple source of a hydration.  It’s clear that something is needed to balance out this unhealthy equation.  This is where a total cleanse of the body can really help.  A detox diet can offset the trend toward toxicity in the modern diet by restricting toxic foods and adding leafy greens and natural juices.  A total cleanse also means plenty of water and a decent amount of sweating and good hygiene.
