Hair Restoration Facts
If you are looking to regrow your hair there are several options available to you. The problem is most of them are not very good. If you are experiencing patches of hair loss then more than likely you are experiencing male pattern baldness. In MPB the follicle roots are actually rendered ineffective by a hormone called DHT. DHT is a derivative of testosterone, male hormone, and it works by bonding to the portion of the follicle that uses blood flow for nutrients. Inhibiting the blood flow is what causes the hair follicle to die and fall out.
Most natural hair restoration products claim to be able to regrow hair by giving it nutrients from the scalp. This is not effective because the only way for a shaft of hair to get the nutrients it needs is through the roots and they have been rendered useless by the DHT covering.
