Weight Loss Food Choices

There are many healthy weight loss foods on the market that claim they will help you lose weight. The choices are actually overwhelming. What many people do not realize is that finding the right diet foods is actually really simple. We just do not like what they are. We want to have our cake and eat it too. We want to eat brownies, chocolate, fat-filled fried foods, alcohol, sodas, pizza, burgers, and all these foods that add up to an unhealthy lifestyle.

The answer to weight loss is to stay away from processed foods, starchy carbs, and high trans and saturated fat foods. We need to be eating fruits and vegetables from all the colors of the rainbow. We need low-fat dairy and lean cuts of protein. We need to be eating whole grains and NOT wheat flour. Healthy foods are all around us we just have to look past all the unhealthy choices to see them!
