How To Avoid Sound Distortion With Your Monitor Speaker

Are you experiencing bad sound feedback? One reason for this is the relationship between the monitor speakers and the person with the microphone, as well as the position of the person when he is using the microphone.

The byword for this kind of scenario is called repositioning. You will need to avoid a direct line between the monitor speaker and the performer. At the same time, it is likely that if the performer is close to a flat surface like  a wall, the sound is bouncing off the wall and affecting the sound.

You can try to fix this with equalization  if repositioning is not working as it should. Of course, you need to make sure that all your monitor speakers, if being used on the same amplifier, are the same type.
