You must get a piece of his or her hair and bring it home. Burn it in a tray while lighting a sage incense stick. Keep the sage burning all night or for 24 hours and make sure you have enough incense sticks. You cannot substitute anything for sage. Now light a purple candle with your name engraved on it. It could be in either runes or in English. Make sure the candle is completely burned. The next evening do the same with a white candle. You should begin to see a change in the behavior of your boss in a few days.
