Think about it for minute. Are you always using 100% of you trading capital? If you are you are likely taking on too much risk. On the other hand are you using what you have left over efficiently? If you are always 30% in cash then you should try and find ways to put it to work. Of course you dont just do this blindly. Instead you make sure that the systems have solid risk to reward characteristics so that you are adding and not taking away from your returns.

During the hot summer months, a good way to save on your electrical bill is to contact all of the business electricity suppliers in your area to find the best rate that you can get. Normally, most businesses will simply choose and keep the first utility company that they are familiar with and will never re-evaluate their choice. And, if you really want to save on your energy bills, that is a definite mistake.

But there are some things that your business can do on it’s own as well. In the summer time the air conditioner is, by far, the most expensive item on your electric bill. Try to notrun the air conditioners at the times when the staff is not regularly scheduled to be in – such as on weekends, before normal work hours, and after normal work hours.

For many people businesses, the monthly electric bill accounts for a significant part the monthly budget. As a matter of fact, the energy bill is often only surpassed by the monthly mortgage or rental fee.

If you are in a sporting or athletic business and are looking for a new product to give away as a promotion for you company then consider a custom promotional sports bag. The can be manufactured with your custom logo in both small lots and large quantity runs. A standard sized gym bag can be used for all sorts of things so it is a good model to start with.

Promotional sports bags make great give-aways at trade shows, at the local farmer’s market, or even as bonuses to new members or new sales. The are easy to write off as an advertising expense and they will continue to get you name out as long as they remain in use. Sports bags are a smart way to advertise your sports oriented company.

How to Listen to Your Customers

How often have you purchased a product at your favorite store and find you need to visit customer service, only to get nowhere with your concerns. Now imagine that very same scenario only this time, you’re the business. If you wouldn’t want to be the victim of a bad customer service experience, why would you allow your business to do the same?

One of the worst complaints people have is bad customer service. Why? Because businesses don’t listen to their customers. While they are eager to make a sale, they’re not eager to break a sale. If something goes wrong, they don’t want to deal with the situation. They’re only there to make a profit.

If you don’t want to lose business, don’t let this be you. Change the way you view your sales and listen to what your customer has to say.

First of all, forget trying to tell your customer what they think they need. In most circumstances you need to consider your customer’s needs.

For example, if a customer tells you they can’t complete the course you just sent them, don’t assume it’s because they just don’t have the desire to do it. Your customer may have a very good reason on why they can’t complete that course. So ask questions before you assume.

Next, don’t think that your job is over once your customer walks out the door with your product. This is one of the worst mistakes many businesses make. Just because you’ve made a sale doesn’t mean that customer won’t want to come back for more or send another potential sale your way. If they come back with a concern a week or even a month later, let them know they have your attention.

And never force your product onto someone who doesn’t really want it. In the end pushy salespeople never win. So, if the person is looking for a red couch, but you only have green, don’t push them into buying the green unless you want them to go to a competitor. If you treat your customers with the respect they deserve, in the end everyone is a winner

Magnetic Sponsoring knows this and so should you. The Magnetic Sponsoring system teaches attraction marketing. You attract customers by being attractive. In other words, you treat them well, among other things.
